Dear Faculty and Students:

The Old Dominion University School of Nursing is scheduled to host an accreditation visit by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) February 9-11, 2009. The program was awarded a 10-year term of accreditation by CCNE in 1999. The purpose of this visit is to validate information reported in our self-study materials and to re-affirm the accreditation status of the program.  As a vital member representing community constituents of the School of Nursing, you are invited to submit public comments to CCNE by January 5, 2009.  Any comments you offer must be signed and mailed to the following address:
