Personal History
I am originally from eastern North Carolina and come from a family of nurses. We have every type of nursing education in our family. My Mom has a diploma and has the grace and professionalism that characterizes a true humanitarian. My sisters (who are twins) have AD’s, BSN’s and MSN’s.
I have two wonderful daughters, one who is a student at James Madison University and one who is a high school student. My two dogs, Mandy, an Eskimo Spitz, and Dottie, a Dalmation keep me hopping.
I believe that we all come with our own special gifts and abilities. We must work together to nourish and encourage the development of our clients and each other as professionals and human beings.
