Financial Assistance:

Graduate Assistantships

Graduate assistants must be full time students (9 hours/semester).
Graduate assistantships are available on a competitive basis.
Graduate assistantships consist of a full or partial tuition waiver and a stipend from $3,000-$7,500 depending on the experience of the student and the funding available.
Graduate assistants work 20 hours a week in exchange for the assistantships.
Interested students should fill out the University Financial Assistance Form and forward it along with a resume to the GPD of the program.

Tuition Grants

Part and full time students can apply for tuition grants.
No work hours are needed.
Tuition grants are sometimes available, but not always predictable.
Tuition grants generally require students to be enrolled in at least 6 hours of coursework.
Students will be notified by e-mail or phone when tuition grants become available and will need to respond immediately.
Be sure your university e-mail is working and that you check it regularly. Notify the university if your phone number changes.
